In early Spring 2019, the International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™) approached our “Design” and "Development" teams with a request to redesign and rebuild their marketing website.
IWBI leads the global movement to transform buildings and communities to create healthier spaces that help people thrive. As their organization grew, they needed an agile and responsive way to produce content and drive engagement with their products. As such, we partnered with their in-house marketing team to undertake the process of designing, developing, and launching a new web experience that would allow staff across IWBI to create, edit, and update pages on the fly.
With IWBI’s marketing staff interested, we proposed a headless content management system (CMS) solution to democratize the digital tools for their growing staff. Through a unified look and feel, along with creation of a responsive website, we helped IWBI expand their online offerings to target the audiences they wanted to reach.
In tandem with our approach to increase Views, we helped the team focus on honing their presentation and content to not only rank well but speak directly to the audience most interested in their products.
Having a world-changing product without the ability to reach people—specifically the right people—can be detrimental to a business. But with our approach, we helped the client reduce the number of “bad” impressions while dramatically increasing their click-through-rate by nearly 3x.
